The partnership addresses the need for swift and reliable onboarding processes, with a recent survey indicating that UK customers are unwilling to spend more than 10 minutes creating an account. Through the integration of TrueLayer’s Signup+ product, Tiger Brokers has introduced an “Express” option for its UK customers, allowing for a seamless and efficient account setup process.
The integration with Signup+ allows Tiger Brokers clients to choose their bank and have their identity data auto-populated in the form, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This significantly accelerates the onboarding process and reduces the time and effort required.
The partnership is timely, as a recent survey revealed that 63% of financial services customers in the UK are only willing to spend up to 10 minutes creating an account before abandoning the process. Tiger Brokers UK aims to address this need for swift and efficient onboarding processes.
