BlueHalo, a company specializing in defense technology, has announced its acquisition of Eqlipse Technologies. Eqlipse provides products and solutions to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, with capabilities in areas such as electronic warfare and cyber operations. The new combined entity will have almost 2,400 employees and annual revenue closing in on $1bn. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, and Jonathan Moneymaker, CEO of BlueHalo, will head the combined company.
